AGDAŞ (ADAPAZARI NATURAL GAS DISTRUBITION COMPANY) (2001 – 2003)

As an investment partner and board member, attended to the Turkey’s first privatization tender for Natural Gas City Distribution with AEG and bid successfully.

All technical studies and evaluations of tender had been prepared as technical partner in the J.V. Shares were transferred in 2003

EGEMER ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION INC. (2008 – 2010)

900 MW Egemer CCGT project has been develop to cover increasing electricity demand in Hatay region where the heavy industry is very well developed.

License application, all bureaucratic procedures and permits are coordinated up to investment stage including EMRA, TEIAS, Ministries, State Water Authority, Local Municipalities etc.,

Project has been transferred in 2010.

ÇAMLIBEL ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION INC. (2010 – 2011)

Shareholder at ÇAMLIBEL electricity distribution company that contains Sivas, Tokat and Yozgat cities.

Managed the tender process for privatization and bid successfully for ÇAMLIBEL Electricity Distribution Company.

Transferred his shares to his partners after supervising the company for one year.

Distribution Company, preparation of financial models and feasibility studies and supervision of further investment plans are handled by Bendis.

BADES ENERGY ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION INC.. (2010 – 2016)

Taha Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) was established in Mardin City by Bades Electricity Production Company (Bades Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.)

The purpose of the Taha CCPP is supplying electricity to the national grid with its 215MW installed power (Two unit gas turbine and one unit steam turbine).

ABRAK ENERGY ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION INC. (2016-2020)

Developer of 6 MW Biogas Power Plant in Elmadağ District of Ankara City.

Licensed as 3 MW by EMRA and projected for upgraded to 6 MW.

Played an active role in the development of the project, the completion of the bureaucratic processes and the completion of the construction.

Power Plant was comissioned in December 2020.

The project was handed over after it started operating.

UWE UNIVERSAL WIND ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION INC. (2007 -2020)

Established Universal Wind Enerji A.Ş. to develop a 200 MW Wind Power Plant project in Istanbul Çatalca region.

Successfully managed the capacity allocation tender of the project.

All the necessary investments for the realization of the project

Played an active role in the development of the project, the completion of the bureaucratic processes and the completion of the construction.

Power Plant was comissioned in December 2020.

Project handed over.
